FAQ

At Sandy Richter Studios, every piece is made with care and dedication. Since my portraits are digitally hand-painted by me and made just for you, I kindly ask you to review the following before placing your order:

  • I create custom portraits from your photo(s). Your photo doesn’t necessarily have to be of a person or pet, it can be of your home, favorite vacation photo, fan art (for personal use only). The sky is the limit!
  • I don’t create porn or scenes of violence. Aesthetic nude and artistic boudoir photos are acceptable.
  • I reserve the right to show commissions in my portfolio
  • Each portrait is digitally painted with great attention to detail and it usually takes up to 7 days before your portrait is ready, depending on demand.
  • Once your portrait is complete and you’re not getting your artwork via artGalore.ca I’ll notify you and send you a link to enable you to view a preview of your work. Once you are happy (2 revisions are included in the price if needed) and wish to proceed to the printing and shipping stage, I will send you a link to finish your order with pictorem.com.
  • I accept payments through PayPal system set up on my custom portraits order form or through artGalore.ca’s system only.
  • I start working after the $150 CAD painting fee is cleared and I have made contact with you to verify I will be starting your work and to get any further direction from you about your art order.
  • Because each artwork is custom-made, all sales are final
